TweetDeck.
TweetDeck is a pretty handy tool. In short, It's a program you download, that notifies and displays updates from your Myspace, Facebook, (multiple)twitter, and 12 Seconds TV. accounts.
Also, you can update all these sites at once, on one submission form. I very much liked TweetDeck, but as it is a beta, it does have a few quirks, namely, it misses the occasional update. I will continue to use this, and believe it will improve with age.
